Arizona's Christmas City

It is a Christmas City Celebration! Yavapai County lights up over 100 trees on the courthouse as well as the surrounding the plaza. Many Christmas events take place throughout the month of December.
It is a winter wonderland!

2021
November 4th - Courthouse Lighting Fundraiser Kick off party 5pm ( Jersey Lilly Saloon)
November 28th - Christmas light parade 6pm (courthouse)
December 4th- 36th Annual Christmas Parade 1-3pm (courthouse)
64rd Annual Courthouse lighting 5pm (courthouse)
December 10th - Acker Musical 5:30- 9:00pm (courthouse)
December 31st - Whiskey Row Boot Drop (courthouse)

All of December we have
- Wild-lights and Animal Sights (at our local zoo)
- Valley of Lights (Prescott Valley)
- Arizona's largest Gingerbread Village (Prescott Resort)

BELOW POLICIES ARE FOR VACATION RENTALS ONLY

Payment Policy:
*50% Non-refundable Deposit will be collected at the time of booking
--If the deposit is not collected within 24 hours the reservation is subject to cancelation
*Remaining 50% will automatically be collected 14 days prior to your arrival date
--if this can not be processed the reservation is subject to cancelation and the deposit will be forfeited

Cancellation Policy
*If you cancel within 24 hours of booking your reservation you will not be charged.
*Exceptions - bookings made within 72 hours or less of the arrival date will not be refunded at any time.
*Bookings canceled more than 14 days prior to your arrival will be charged 50% of the reservation total with the exception of the above 24 hour policy.
*if you decide to cancel within 14 days of your arrival date you will be charged in full for your reservation.
*If you no show on day of arrival, you will be charged in full for your stay and the remainder of your reservation will be canceled.
*Any changes made to your reservation dates within 14 days of arrival will also be considered a cancellation in which you are subject to be charged in full for your reservation.

Pet Fee:
*$20.00 per night for 1 pet
*$5.00 additional per night after the 1st pet
*We do not allow more than 4 pets per cottage
*No Cats

*Wifi is included in Vacation Rental Stays

*Check-Out time 10:00am
* Office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
*Please keep in mind you are traveling to a Vacation Rental that does not have a front desk on site. You can reach someone during office hours at (928)445-7321, after hours you will be required to leave a voicemail and we will return calls pertaining to emergencies.
