Our restored rustic cottages come with a kitchen equipped with all of your basic essentials for cooking, allowing our guests the option of dining in or out. We have a gorgeous and very relaxing family friendly grassy green courtyard, with seating all through out, fire-pits on your patio and charcoal grills for you. Stay with us and you can experience it all!

All Cottages are set up to serve two more than the room sleeps. Therefore if your cottage sleeps 2 it will be set up to serve 4, with the following items: Small plates, large plates, bowls, coffee cups, wine glasses, plastic cups, glass cups, and all silverware.

BELOW POLICIES ARE FOR VACATION RENTALS ONLY

Payment Policy:
*50% Non-refundable Deposit will be collected at the time of booking
--If the deposit is not collected within 24 hours the reservation is subject to cancelation
*Remaining 50% will automatically be collected 14 days prior to your arrival date
--if this can not be processed the reservation is subject to cancelation and the deposit will be forfeited

Cancellation Policy
*If you cancel within 24 hours of booking your reservation you will not be charged.
*Exceptions - bookings made within 72 hours or less of the arrival date will not be refunded at any time.
*Bookings canceled more than 14 days prior to your arrival will be charged 50% of the reservation total with the exception of the above 24 hour policy.
*if you decide to cancel within 14 days of your arrival date you will be charged in full for your reservation.
*If you no show on day of arrival, you will be charged in full for your stay and the remainder of your reservation will be canceled.
*Any changes made to your reservation dates within 14 days of arrival will also be considered a cancellation in which you are subject to be charged in full for your reservation.

Pet Fee:
*$20.00 per night for 1 pet
*$5.00 additional per night after the 1st pet
*We do not allow more than 4 pets per cottage
*No Cats

*Wifi is included in Vacation Rental Stays

*Check-Out time 10:00am
* Office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
*Please keep in mind you are traveling to a Vacation Rental that does not have a front desk on site. You can reach someone during office hours at (928)445-7321, after hours you will be required to leave a voicemail and we will return calls pertaining to emergencies.
