Can we bring our furry friends (Pets) along?
Dogs only, no cats! Please keep in mind our nightly pet fee.It is $20 per night for one pet, with an additional $5 per night for each additional pet (up to a maximum of four pets). The Pet fee will be added during the booking process. There is no breed restriction however no aggressive animals are allowed and pets must be on leash at all times. See the bottom of this page for details.
What is the kitchen equipped with?
All kitchens have a toaster, microwave, coffee pot and filters, grill utensils, cutting board, pots & pans, strainer, big bowls. We provide enough dishes for you to have guests over including, wine glasses, coffee cups, water glasses and cups, plates, bowls. All basic cooking utensils, bottle opener, corkscrew, pizza slicer, peeler, and scissors. All cottages have a refrigerator, an oven, but not a dishwasher however we do provide dish soap and a sponge!
Do you provide fire wood for the fireplace in the room or for a fire pit in the courtyard?
No, you will want to bring your firewood or purchase it at a local store if you wish to have a fire in the outdoor fire pit. All of the heating in the Cottages is gas or electric, and please keep in mind not every cottage has a fireplace.
Where can you find us?
We are located 1.5 miles from downtown Prescott/Whiskey Row on White Spar. Yes, that is walking distance about a 15-20 minute walk however some like to take a cab back. A cab will run you estimated $5 to the downtown area! Here is a map to help you get a better idea!
Are there barbecues grills on property?
Yes, we have several barbecues through out the courtyard for our guests. They are charcoal barbecues, you can purchase charcoal at the local store a half mile down the road.
Is there a TV in my cottage?
Yes we have flat screens with basic cable but no DVD players however feel free to bring your own and hook it up.
Do we have WiFi?
Yes, WIFI is available in your Cottage.
Is there an iron?
Yes, each cottage has an Iron and Ironing board.
Do we need to bring the crib and highchair?
We do not have cribs or high chairs available.
Room Descriptions:
The property features a total of 12 cabins and rentals, with 3 available for nightly stays. Guests can choose from two King Studio units, each with a king bed, or the Original Cottage, which includes a queen bed. The property also features 2 seasonal creeks running through it and they will depend on the rainfall. There are no units available on the creek.Approximate square footage of each unit is about 400 square feet. They just have slightly different layouts that you can see below.
King Studio - A modern cottage feel that has a full kitchen, a king bed, a little dining table with two chairs, a full bathroom that has a shower only, and a front patio that has a table with two chairs and a wood-burning fireplace.
The Original Cottage - A rustic cabin feel that has a full kitchen, queen bed, dining table with two chairs, a full bathroom that has a bathtub/shower combo, a full-size couch, a little chair to relax in, a gas fireplace inside, along with a private patio that has a wood-burning fire pit, a table, and two chairs
Is breakfast included?
No, there is no breakfast included, as all of our units have full kitchens. There is also a grocery store about a 1/2 mile down the road where you can get all the food needed to cook and enjoy a meal.
Do the units have a fireplace?
The Original Cottage has a gas fireplace inside the unit.
All of our units have a wood-burning fire pit outside the unit. Please keep in mind local fire restrictions and which can be found on the Prescott National Forest and or City of Prescott Facebook Pages.
Rates?
1-14 nights:
Current rates can vary and would need to be checked when we are in the booking process. However, in general, the rates are $119 a night plus tax, Monday through Thursday. And $169 a night plus tax on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
15 or more nights:
Current rates can vary and would need to be confirmed with a local team member. However, in general, the rates are $1000 a month and go up from there.
Are you close to town, downtown, or have questions about location?
The property is located 1.5 miles from Downtown Prescott, but also borders the Prescott National Forest.
How does the Check-In Process work?
This is a self-check-in process, and you will receive a Welcome Email on your day of arrival with all the information you need on where to park, how to find the unit, and a 4-digit code to be used on the front door as your "room key" throughout your stay. Please keep in mind this email may not arrive until 3 pm on the day of check-in, as it will be sent once the unit is clean and ready for your arrival.

Some late checkouts can be provided upon request. Please keep in mind that most late checkouts will not be accepted after 11 am. And on some occasions, we can accommodate a 12 pm checkout. Anything later would require an additional night to be booked.
Do you have parking? Can I park multiple vehicles?
Each unit is reserved 1 parking spot and there are a couple of additional visitor spaces available which are first come first serve. We can take your information for a team member to call you back and clarify.
Can I park my trailer or oversized vehicle in your parking?
Most trailers or oversized vehicles will not fit in our parking. We can take your information for a team member to call you back and clarify.
What is your smoking policy?
All units are non-smoking inside however smoking is allowed outside and ash trays are available.
Gift card?
If they have a gift card, a local team member has to book for them. We can take your information for a team member to call you back.
