Apple Creek Cottages has a unique set up that works beautiful for these types of groups
We sit on 1.5 acres with two seasonal creeks that run around the property. All the cottages are centered off our beautiful grassy courtyard that includes gas grills, patio furniture, a couple of small ponds and a bon-fire for those cozy evenings.
The cottages were built in the 40's and have been updated with newer carpet/furnishings. They are very cute, comfortable and clean yet we have kept the rustic cabin feel (all units with carpet or wood flooring). If you are a nature lover or looking for something different where you have your own space yet the beautiful setting of the courtyard for your guest to gather in,you have found it. All the cottages come fully equipped so the only thing you need to bring is your food, paper towels and shampoo. We sit only 1.5 miles South of downtown Prescott yet on the edge of the Nation Forest in the Ponderosa Pines. Group guidelines: Because all the cottages are different we ask that one person handles the reservation and have an understanding of which cottage each party will be in prior to arriving.; You can either arrange this with Susan or have the planner arrive early
(we would prefer the planner on-site at time of guest arrival)
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. We encourage you to please stop by and view our facility prior to booking. A credit card is required at time of reservation in case of any damage. We ask the planner to collect for the entire stay from each guest and pay Apple Creek Cottages the additional 60% at time of check in. The creeks and small ponds are not fenced in if you have small children attending. Currently there is no charge for weddings in the courtyard however we do limit the number of guest.
No tents allowed on grounds due to sprinklers.
No additional guest allowed to sleep in cottages without prior consent of owner due to Dept. of Health and Fire/Saftey codes.
Depending on type of gathering it may be a requirement to reserve entire facility so as not to disturb our other paying guest.
